    At SKOURA, we offer free reliable delivery service across Tecumseh and Windsor-Essex for purchases over $50. For delivery costs outside of Tecumseh and W.E please see our Shipping page.

    What we deliver

    • Home decor: clocks (including Karlsson cuckoo clocks), mirrors and lighting

    • Kitchenware and specialty items: Gurgle Pots, Mepal Dinnerware.

    • All Food Items - excluding Frozen foods

    Delivery options

    • Standard delivery: Curbside drop-off at ground-floor entrances; scheduled within 1 -2 business days.

    Fees and scheduling

    • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our Tecumseh location, item size/weight, and selected service level. Exact pricing is provided at checkout or by phone.

    • We’ll contact you to confirm a delivery window and require a valid phone number to arrange timing.

    • Payment in full prior to delivery

    Delivery restrictions

    • Remote locations outside our standard service radius may incur higher fees or be unavailable; we will advise at time of purchase.

    • We cannot navigate unsafe conditions (icy or slippery walkways, unstable flooring). Deliveries may be rescheduled until conditions are safe.

    Damages and returns

    • All items are inspected before loading. Please inspect goods upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

    • Report visible damage within 48 hours and concealed damage within 7 days so we can arrange repair, replacement, or return.

    • Return policies vary by product; ask a sales associate for details.
